Shipping for Stock Products

• UPDATED 10/25/06 Our shipping rate for U.S. orders is now 8% of the total order. We ship via UPS ground. If delivery is desired to a P.O. Box, shipping will be via USPS priority or USPS parcel post (depending on size). Oversize shipments will likely be shipped via USPS Parcel Post. International orders will ship via actual USPS Express Mail charges, with the rate quoted for the individual order.

Do you ship internationally?

• Yes we do. With very few exceptions we can ship to most countries around the world. Tariffs and any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the buyer upon reaching the destination country.

What is your preferred method of payment?

• We offer multiple methods for payment for you to choose from.
• Online you can pay with PayPal by using our shopping cart.
• If you prefer, you may also print the order form and fax, mail, or call to pay with Visa, MC, Amex, Discover, and for U.S. customers - money order. Money orders will delay shipment until the money order is received.
• International orders should use the order form. Please provide your email address so we can give you the total before we charge your card.

When will I be charged for my order?

• For kits, you will be charged for the order as soon as you complete the order form, and finish the Pay Pal purchase process.
• All international orders will be charged after a shipping quote has been made.
